This high-intensity clinic is designed to elevate players’ speed, agility, and overall athletic performance on the soccer field. Open to all positions, it equips athletes with the physical skills needed to outpace opponents and dominate key moments in the game. Through advanced footwork drills, explosive agility exercises, and precision training, players will sharpen their reaction time, enhance their mobility, and develop the quickness necessary for game-changing plays.

What to Bring?

Soccer Ball: No need to bring one—balls will be provided for training.

Footwear: Indoor turf shoes, soccer cleats, or running sneakers are allowed. We highly recommend indoor turf shoes for optimal performance.

Equipment: Shin guards are mandatory at all times.

Drinks: Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated throughout the session.

Arrival & Check-In

Arrival Time: Players should arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and warm up.

Check-In: All participants must check in at the front desk before each session.

Guardian Requirement: A parent or designated guardian must be present during check-in.

Pick-Up: Please arrive before your child’s clinic end time for pick-up.
